The above mentioned immovable properties are covered by the current land development plan. It is permitted to submit offers for parts of the plots referred to in Point 1. 2. The assessment criteria of the objectives as to business enterprises to be undertaken within the Zone, the manner of preparing the offer and the amount of the security deposit whose payment is a condition for participation in the tender are set out in the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Tender or the Specification of the Essential Terms of Negotiations. 3. The Specification of the Essential Terms of the Tender for the price of PLN 5,000 plus the VAT due or the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Negotiations for the price of PLN 8,000 plus the VAT due may be purchased in the offices of the Subzones (addresses below) upon submitting the receipt of the payment of the hereinabove mentioned sum into the account Bank PEKAO S.A.
