2. PURCHASING A SPECIFICATION
The document prepared by the SSEZ J.S.C. contains:
• description of real estate
• principles and conditions for making the real estate available
• criteria of evaluation of business projects
• the Zone’s rules and regulations
• manner of preparing an offer
• essential resolutions of prospective contract
• defining the amount of deposit
• defining the deadline for validity of the offer

3. SUBMITTING AN OFFER
The offer prepared in Polish should contain:
• name and address of the seat of tenderer
• description of the planned enterprise
• terms of the enterprise realisation (e.g.business plan)
• offered price of the purchase of real estate
• tenderer’s signature

4. OFFER EVALUATION
The elements which are evaluated include:
• previous activities of the tenderer
• the activities planned in the Zone
• the planned investments
• the planned employment
• participation in economic links
• the degree of environmental hazard
• the degree of innovation of the production

5. NEGOTIATIONS
leading to:
• establishment of the size of real estate
• establishment of the price of the real estate and terms of payment for it
• defining the range of business activities of the entrepreneur
• defining the size of the investment
• defining the size of employment
• establishing rules of connection to the network
